Brad: Hello, my name is Mr. Hartje. I have taught in the Davenport Community School District for the past 19 years. This year is my 16th year at Central High School. I had coached the Speech Debate Team for my first 14 years at Central and there is talk for restarting the team for next year. The classes that I teach are basic speech, public speaking, and advanced public speaking.
